Our shipping prices auto generated are applicable to Major Centres only which are: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Harrismith, Johannesburg, Nelspruit, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth, Pretoria, Richards Bay, Rustenburg, Witbank.
Open Monday to Friday 08h00 to 16h00.
PAYMENT:
- Payment in full must be made upon placing the order before we will dispatch for cash customers. Credit customers must have settled the previous account balance due, before dispatch.
- Accounts requiring payment terms of 7 and 14 days are charged at higher pricing structures, and any overdue account will be immediately placed on hold until settled.

SHIPPING:
- Orders placed and paid from Monday to Thursday 10h00 will be shipped the same day or next day, availability and packing volume dependant.
- Orders received and paid after 10h00 on Thursday to Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday, availability and packing volumes dependant, or, alternatively, on the closest possible business day.
LOSSES:
- Claims/losses must be received in writing, by email or WhatsApp, within 24 hours of receipt of goods (together with photos, if applicable) before any replacement or credit will be considered.
- We guarantee live arrival, in normal weather conditions of between 4 to 29 degrees Celsius. Extreme temperatures outside of the above unfortunately cannot carry a live arrival guarantee.
PACKAGING:
- We can change our labels & any packaging related items at any time.
We ship from Monday to Wednesday each week to ensure your parcel reaches you before the weekend, dependant on your area.
Should you require a dispatch on Thursday or Friday, our live arrival guarantee as per point 4 above falls away.
